Research Use Only
All products sold by Ryse Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, injection, ingestion, or treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease or condition.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within the same day or 1-2 business days after payment is received and confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, product launches, sales, weather events, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing. Delivery time begins after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Ryse Peptides is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by:
Incorrect addresses;
Incomplete addresses;
Misspelled names;
Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers;
Invalid ZIP codes;
Carrier delivery restrictions;
Customer failure to retrieve a package.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense, depending on the condition of the returned package.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you may receive a tracking number by email or through your customer account.
Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier. Ryse Peptides is not responsible for delays in tracking updates, scanning errors, or carrier system issues.
Carrier Delays
Ryse Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, transportation disruptions, labor disruptions, payment delays, or other events outside our control.
If a shipment is delayed by the carrier, please use the tracking number to contact the carrier directly. We may assist with reviewing tracking information, but we cannot control carrier delivery speed after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:
Your mailbox;
Front porch or side doors;
Apartment office or package locker;
Neighbors or household members;
Local post office or carrier facility.
Ryse Peptides is not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked delivered by the carrier. However, you may contact us and we can review the tracking information to determine whether any assistance is available.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Photos of the damaged item.
After review, Ryse Peptides may approve a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the products and packaging received.
Approved corrections may be handled through replacement shipment, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some research products may be sensitive to heat, cold, light, moisture, or extended transit times.
Customers are responsible for retrieving packages promptly after delivery and storing products according to the product label, COA, or posted storage information when applicable.
Ryse Peptides is not responsible for product issues caused by packages being left outside, exposed to heat or cold, delayed pickup, improper storage, or customer handling after delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
Ryse Peptides reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict shipments to certain locations at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for knowing and following all laws and regulations that apply to the purchase, possession, storage, handling, and use of products in their location.
Ryse Peptides does not guarantee that any product is lawful to purchase, possess, import, or use in every jurisdiction.
Domestic Shipping
Ryse Peptides currently ships to locations within the United States where permitted.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if we determine that shipment may violate applicable law, carrier policy, business policy, or compliance requirements.
International Shipping
At this time, Ryse Peptides does not offer international shipping.
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs delays, seizures, rejected shipments, and compliance with local laws.
Ryse Peptides is not responsible for packages delayed, refused, seized, destroyed, or returned by customs or government authorities.
Order Delays or Unavailable Items
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we may contact you with an updated shipping estimate or cancellation option when required by law.
If an item is unavailable or cannot be shipped, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund.
Risk of Loss
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss may pass to the customer to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues, missing scans, delayed transit, or claims involving packages already accepted by the carrier.
