Research Product Policy

All products sold by Ryse Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, injection, ingestion, or the treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease or condition.

Due to the nature of research products, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been shipped, opened, handled, stored, or possessed by the customer.

All Sales Final After Shipment

All sales are considered final once an order has shipped.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse;
Change of mind;
Accidental purchases;
Incorrect products ordered by the customer;
Failure to read product descriptions;
Improper storage after delivery;
Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or altered;
Claims related to unauthorized human or animal use.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue, include:

Your order number;
Your full name;
A description of the issue;
Clear photos of the package, label, packing materials, and product received;
Photos of any damage, leakage, broken vial, or incorrect item.

After review, Ryse Peptides may approve a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Ryse Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, stolen packages, or other events outside our control.

If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the shipping carrier. We may assist with reviewing tracking information, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages marked delivered.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Ryse Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense, depending on the condition of the returned package.

Delayed or Unavailable Orders

If an item becomes unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund.

If shipment is delayed beyond the stated or expected shipping timeframe, we may contact you with the option to continue waiting or cancel the order for a refund, when required by applicable law.

Payment Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or cryptocurrency payment process.

If cryptocurrency payments are accepted, crypto refunds may be handled differently due to price volatility, network fees, and irreversible blockchain transactions. Ryse Peptides reserves the right to issue approved crypto-related refunds in USD value, store credit, replacement product, or another reasonable method at our discretion.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution. Ryse Peptides reserves the right to provide order records, tracking information, communication history, and policy documentation to payment processors or financial institutions in response to disputes.

Return Authorization Required

Do not send any product back without written authorization from Ryse Peptides.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or ineligible for refund or replacement. If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our error.

No Refunds for Misuse

Ryse Peptides does not provide refunds, returns, replacements, or credits for any product that has been used, intended to be used, or discussed for unauthorized human or animal consumption.

Any misuse of products violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in refusal of future service.
